I don't know if I can build another one from scratch. I think someone else has taken it on themselves to make a new place to serve alcohol. Maybe you can find them instead.
I am sorry for your loss, then. [ As a craftsman, he knows that the things and the places we build with our hands and hearts are not merely things. And he assumes that goes for the Hadriel gods, who build things by unknown means, perhaps without hands, but presumably with hearts. ]
